LISTING
I sit down with you and explain the process from start to finish. We go over all the paperwork and make sure you understand what you are signing. I schedule house measurements, pictures and put your home in the MLS.

HOUSE VIEWINGS OF YOUR HOME
Buyer's Agents set up showings through our Showing Service, which you are able to see and accept by text messages.

NEGOTIATING TERMS
Once a Buyer has decided on your property and are ready to place an offer, their Agent will contact me. I will help negotiate the best terms to suit your budget and needs.

CLOSE CARE-FREE
